For brokers

Stuck clients become placeable clients.

Your SME clients want cyber cover and stall on the application. PrismX gives them a guided path to a complete, evidence-backed submission. You see where each one stands, you talk about the right gaps, and you place as you do today.

You stay the adviser on the placement. PrismX prepares the risk information. It never quotes, sells or places cover, with any insurer.

PrismX prepares risk information. Insurers decide eligibility, pricing, coverage and claims. PrismX is not the underwriter or a broker.

Where SME cyber placements stall

  1. Clients stuck on the form

Technical questions sit unanswered for weeks while the renewal date gets closer.

  2. Answers that come back

An insurer queries an answer, and the client has nothing to show for it.

  3. No view across clients

You cannot see which clients are close to ready and which have not started.

  4. Clients referred and left there

The underwriter refers it, the client does not know why, and the renewal date passes.

What a broker gets

  • Your own invite code

Each broker firm gets a code. Clients who register with it are assigned to you.

  • A view of your clients only

You see the SMEs assigned to you and nothing else, enforced in the database.

  • Progress you can follow

Discover and assessment progress, read only, so you know who needs a nudge.

  • Answers with evidence

Clients answer from controls and evidence, so fewer answers come back as queries.

  • A client who went from refer to ready

Follow the referral check per client. When the critical gaps close, it runs again and you know before the insurer does.

  • Works with every insurer you place with

The control library is insurer-agnostic. The same assessment answers any question set you work with.

From refer to no referral.

One client, four weeks. The referral check runs again as the critical gaps close.

How a broker uses it

  1. Run the check for a client

Five minutes, no login, shows them where they stand.

  2. Share your code

Send your invite code to the clients you want to bring in.

  3. Follow progress

See which clients have finished Discover and how far their assessment has got.

  4. Talk about the gaps

Use the priorities and the coverage gaps in your conversations with the client. Point the client to an advisor if they need hands.

  5. Place with confidence

The client signs and sends the pack. You handle the placement as you do today.

Common questions

Something else? Ask us directly.

Does PrismX replace the broker?

No. PrismX is not a broker and does not place, recommend or sell insurance. It prepares risk information.

Can I see clients assigned to other brokers?

No. A broker sees only the SMEs assigned to them.

Can I edit a client’s answers?

No. You see Discover and the assessment read only. The client owns its answers and signs its own pack.

Can I run the check for a client?

Yes. The readiness check has a broker mode. Run it with the client on a call, or send them the link. The result stays in the browser unless you choose to send it.

Can my technical partner be the advisor?

Yes. The insurer running the pilot can assign any advisor the SME accepts. Advisors propose actions and verify evidence. They never see other brokers’ clients.
